This procedure shall apply to all instances of reported signal irregularities on Railtrack's controlled infrastructure. For Safety Management of Signalling Failures see GK/RT0106 and for Safety Related Telecommunication Failures see GK/RT0181.
Purpose
To ensure reported signal irregularities are investigated and that Drivers Report Form RT 3185 replies are returned to the nominated Manager of the Train Operating Company.
