Applicability and Scope.
This instruction applies to all full-time civilian employees of OJAG and NLSC. Military personal shall follow the requirements of reference (c).
Purpose.
To establish policy for the Office of the Judge Advocate General (OJAG) and Navel Legal Service Command (NLSC) civilian fitness and wellness program (CFWP). The objectives of this program are to promote OJAG and NLSC as an employers of choice, enhance the recruitment and retention of high-quality personnel, create a culture of wellness within OJAG and NSLC, and improve employee wellness, morale, and productivity.
