Purpose of This Order. This order provides guidance for processing mandatory ATO air traffic occurrence reports. This guidance indentifies what occurrences to report and how to report them. This order does not eliminate the requirements set forth in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Order JO 1030.3, Initial Event Response, that provides guidance for the immediate dissemination of information following significant ATO safety events.
