scope:

There is a requirement to report compliance and condition of railway infrastructure assets in a consistent manner.

NR/L3/MTC/MG0180 - Track compliance report suite - user guide

NR/L3/MTC/MG0181 - E&P (P&D) compliance report suite - user guide

NR/L3/MTC/MG0182 - Signal compliance report suite - user guide

This process shall be mandatory at Delivery Unit, Area and Territory Level on a Period basis. The file structure does allow for weekly reporting where appropriate.

Non Compliances with a Certificated TNC do not require reporting on, but comments shall be included to record this. Dispensations shall be included in the overall figures and require comments to be added.
