Purpose.

This Statement of Requirements (SOR) describes the engineering processes, tasks, events, and deliverables for the electrical component(s) or subsystem and/or related tools (hereinafter referred to as ʺProduct(s) to be Suppliedʺ) required of the Supplier at no charge to the Buyer except for production piece price. It is intended that this SOR along with all other attachments and reference material shall convey the Buyer requirements to the Supplier. However, it does not preclude other requirements from being incorporated into the Product(s) to be Supplied throughout the program. This SOR provides additional requirements to GMW14375 (Summary Document for All Product Commodities).
