Scope and Applicability.
All Navy Corporate Forum decision and information topics convened by Echelon I and chaired by the CNO or VCNO as indicated in enclosure (2), subparagraph 1a.
Purpose.
Using authority provided in reference (a), establish the OPNAV Engine Room and the Navy Executive 3 Star Forum to manage all OPNAV Navy Corporate Forum (NCF) decision and information briefs for the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) and Vice Chief of Naval Operations (VCNO).
