This document is for use by Asset Operations when managing software faults or incidents on the train-borne and non train-borne TBTC equipment in revenue operations on the Jubilee line.

Purpose

The purpose of this guidance is to recommend:

a) how maintenance staff should respond to software incidents in post-commissioned Transmission Based Train Control (TBTC) software on the Jubilee line to the supplier - Thales Rail Signalling Solutions Ltd (Thales)

b) the responses expected from Thales Rail Signalling Solutions Ltd in respect of a reported incident.
