This code of practice applies to all staff that work for Railtrack Major Stations. It also applies to contractors appointed to Major Stations to work on Major Stations and sets the minimum standards applicable to tenants of Major Stations.
Purpose
The Major Stations Fire Safety Handbook, hereinafter referred to as the Handbook, is a Code Of Practice (COP), for use by Station Managers to assist them with their responsibility for carrying out the day-to-day management of fire safety within their premises.
