This code of practice applies to all staff that work for Network Rail Managed Stations. It also applies to contractors appointed to Managed Stations to work on Managed Stations and sets the minimum standards applicable to tenants of Managed Stations.
Purpose
The Managed Stations Fire Safety Handbook, hereinafter referred to as the Handbook, is a Code Of Practice (COP), for use by Station Managers to assist them with their responsibility for carrying out the day-to-day management of fire safety within their premises.
