This Procedure applies to all contracts where work is undertaken as part of the track programme.

Purpose

This procedure aims to give a greater understanding of Freight Hauliers claims and their application. In order to achieve consistency of approach in the preparation of claim values against the Freight Hauliers a standard claim template has been developed which is described in clause six of this standard.

Where there is any discrepancy between this procedure and specific Contract provisions in use before 25^th June 2007, the conditions of Contract shall take precedence.
