Material Description. This specification covers the performance requirements of an exterior emblem that is located in the vehicle grille, and used with an adaptive cruise control system.

Remarks. A protective hard coating is required
on the first surface for weathering and abrasion resistance. The
approved hard coating is 9984271 (UV cure), or optional 9982273
(thermal cure). The hardcoating dry film thickness (DFT) must meet
