scope:
This publication applies to the radiation of electromagnetic energy which may cause interference to radio reception and which is emitted from:
a) vehicles propelled by an internal combustion engine, electrical means or both;
b) motor boats propelled by an internal combustion engine, electrical means or both;
c) devices equipped with spark-ignited internal combustion engines.
This publication does not apply to aircraft, railway traction systems, nor to incomplete vehicles.
Notes 1. - Vehicles include, but are not limited to, mopeds, agricultural tractors, and snowmobiles.
2. - Motor boats too large for the C.I.S.P.R. measuring site require special measuring techniques which are under consideration.
