Purpose

This specification sets out the minimum requirements for the assessment of personnel who undertake Traction Power Distribution work on Network Rail controlled infrastructure. It defines processes that shall be implemented and the standards that shall be achieved to ensure that personnel who undertake Traction Power Distribution work are competent to perform the work.
