La presente Norma definisce i metodi di prova di immunità di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche a bassa tensione con correnti nominali fino a 16A alle armoniche e interarmoniche, compresi i segnali sulle reti.
Per le reti a 50 Hz la Norma è applicabile fino a frequenze di 2 kHz e fino a frequenze di 2,4 kHz per le reti a 60 Hz.
