This Standard specifies requirements for solvent cements and priming fluids used in the jointing of-
(a) tapered/interference
(b) acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) pressure and non-pressure piping systems; and
(c) ABS and acrylonitrile styrene acrylate (ASA) fittings for non-pressure drainage applications with PVC-U pipes.
