This standard applies to any Network Rail employee who plans isolation access and resources for activities on the Network Rail managed infrastructure.
Purpose
This standard sets out the minimum requirements for the training and assessment of people who plan isolation access and resources for activities undertaken on the Network Rail managed infrastructure. It defines processes that shall be implemented to confirm that people who undertake isolation planning work are competent to perform the work.
