scope:

This Standard specifies the method of calculation and representation of energy efficiency standard achievement percentage of electrical and electronic appliances.

In this Standard, the electrical and electronic appliances are, in accordance with the Energy Conservation Law, those mainly for general household use out of the following specific appliances for which the standard energy consumption efficiency is specified. In h) transformers, however, those for business use are included.

b) Lighting fixture whose main light source is fluorescent lamp only
