Provisions of this instruction apply to all personnel who work at NAVFAC, including active and reserve military, civilians, contractors, and non-appropriated fund personnel.
Purpose. To establish policy and procedures, and assign responsibilities for suicide prevention programs at the Naval Facilities Engineering command (NAVFAC) Headquarters (HQ) and subordinate commands, in accordance with reference (a).
