Die ATV DIN 18345 „Wärmedämm-Verbundsysteme" gilt für die Ausführung von Wärmedämm-Verbundsystemen einschließlich der gemäß der jeweiligen Zulassung zugehörigen Oberfläche.

Ergänzend gilt die ATV DIN 18299 „Allgemeine Regelung für Bauarbeiten jeder Art", Abschnitte 1 bis 5. Bei Widersprüchen gehen die Regelungen der ATV DIN 18345 vor.
