scope:

Purpose

This regulation prescribes the policies and responsibilities for-

a. Establishing and operating an Army Community Service (ACS) Center at Army installations.

b. Office of the Army Volunteer Corps Coordinator (AVCC).

c. Organizations accepting voluntary services.

Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve, unless otherwise stated. It also applies to Army retirees and Army appropriated fund and non appropriated fund employees.
