This standard covers the sizes and formats of product drawings and how to fill the formats with information items.
Remark : This standard may apply also to drawings including stock (as-forged and as-cast) drawings and others as well as product drawings.
PURPOSE
Establishment of a unified system of drawing sizes and formats for the convenience of product drawing preparation so that smooth operation can be achieved in creating, copying, releasing and filing drawings.
