This chapter applies to DoD installations located in the domestic United States, including Alaska.
Applicability. This chapter applies to OSD, the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Joint Staff, the Military Services including Reserve Components, Combatant Commands, and Defense Agencies, hereafter referred to collectively as the "DoD Components." The term "Military Services" refers to the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps.
