This Standard applies to all London Underground branded communications and all types of internal and external communications, excluding signs and notices.
This Standard shall be enforceable from the date of issue.
Purpose
The purpose of this Standard is to define the tone of voice to be used for all London Underground (LU) written communications so that a consistent identity is projected.
