This Standard applies to all employees of LUL.

This Standard shall be enforceable from 27/01/03.

Purpose

The purpose of this Standard is to ensure that employees are aware of the disciplinary procedure applicable to them and the consequences of failing to meet the required standards as set out by London Underground Limited (LUL).

The Standard also points out the need for managers and supervisors to be aware of the relevant procedures and the obligations upon them when handling disciplinary issues.
