This Standard applies to all employees of LUL, and employees of agencies and consultancies contracted to carry out work for LUL.

This Standard shall be enforceable from 27/01/03.

Purpose

The purpose of this Standard is to outline the standards of conduct and personal performance which London Underground Limited (LUL) expects of its workforce. Breaches of this Standard may lead to disciplinary action. Where such breaches are deemed to be gross misconduct, disciplinary action may result in dismissal
