This Defence Standard relates to the Military Level packaging of precision instrument, rotating, servo-components to DEF STAN 59-27 and DEF STAN 61-14 of frame sizes 08 to 23, and 1 1/2 in, 2 in and 3 in synchro units classified as magslips. It is applicable to levels L, P, Primary Standard, Restricted Standard and Full Level requirements of Restricted Level and Def Stan 81-41.
