scope:
PURPOSE. The purpose of this Directive is to establish the procedure for obtaining telecommunications services, including telephone, radio, pager, wireless communication devices, and multimedia and visual aids services at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
APPLICABILITY. This Directive is applicable to all MSFC organizations (including Michoud Assembly Facility [MAF]), all MSFC support contractors, and other supporting organizations regardless of location.
