Purpose. This regulation prescribes policies, responsibilities, and procedures for the procurement, administration, safeguarding, scoring, and release of Army personnel tests.
Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army; the
Army National Guard of the United States, including periods when administered
as members of the Army National Guard; the U.S. Army Reserve; the U.S.
Military Academy; and the Reserve Officers' Training Corps. It applies only to
