Purpose. This standard establishes sanitation requirements for establishments which produce, process, or store various types of food products before or after final acceptance by an element of the Department of Defense.
intended Use:
This standard is intended to ensure that food products procured by DoD for use by Armed Forces personnel are safe and do not pose health risks.
