NOTICE OF INACTIVATION FOR NEW DESIGN
This notice should be filed in front of MIL-V-5524B, dated 4 June 1957, Amendment -2, dated 21 September 1959, and Notice 1, dated 25 August 1967.
MIL-V-5524B is inactive for new design and is no longer used, except for replacement purposes.
The Qualified Products List (QPL) associated with this inactive for new design specification will be maintained until acquisition of the product is no longer required, whereupon the specification and QPL will be canceled.
