scope:

The present document specifies the minimum performance parameters for terrestrial digital and analogue fixed service radio communications equipments operating in the 23 GHz frequency band and contains a complete revision in the areas of: - Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) standardization (i.e. ETS 300 385 [11] and ETS 300 339 [10] where applicable); - emissions and immunity at antenna port standardization activity (under study in TM4), new revised ITU-R Recommendation SM.329-7 [20] and the forthcoming CEPT Recommendation on spurious emissions; - conformance test standardization activity of test methods and test reports (i.e. EN 301 126-1 [2]).
