scope:
Purpose. This regulation identifies the Army Corrosion Program Manager and prescribes the policies, responsibilities, and procedures for implementing the Army Corrosion Prevention and Control (CPC) Program.
Applicability. This regulation applies to the Active Army, the Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS), including periods when operating in an Army National Guard (ARNG) capacity, and the U.S. Army Reserve (USAR) elements that manage systems, equipment, and components in any phase of their life cycle.
