scope:

This Technical Report applies to the installation, flushing/pressure testing and inspection of fluid pipelines in aerospace equipment or flying vehicles. It does not apply to pipelines produced from two separate halves.

The purpose of this Technical Report is to ensure that pipelines and their individual parts are suitably installed to:

-satisfy the functional, operational and maintenance conditions;

- withstand the respective environmental conditions such as distortion of the airframe, vibration, temperature influences etc.., prevailing at the location of the installation.

This document is not intended to supply the sequence of manufacturing, test operations and inspections. This is to be determined by each aerospace manufacturer.

NOTE: This Technical Report should be used as the basis for compilation of a dedicated installation standard to meet a specific project engineering specification.
