scope:
The JAGMAN contains regulations of the Department of the Navy that are issued under the authority of references (a) through (c) and other statutes and regulations. It is a complete revision of the previous JAGMAN and should be read in its entirety. Portions of the previous JAGMAN have been incorporated in separate JAG Instructions with a limited distribution list. Enclosure (2) is a summary of revisions.
To promulgate the JAGMAN contained in enclosure (1) as authorized by the Secretary of the Navy.
