This specification covers the detail requirements for monolithic silicon, TTL, low power, quadruple, 2-input exclusive-OR gate microcircuits. Three product assurance classes and a choice of case outline/lead finish are provided and are reflected in the complete part number.
The complete part number shall be as shown in the following example:
