inactive
Organization: DLA
Publication Date: 16 April 1980
Status: inactive
Page Count: 65
scope:

This specification covers the detail requirements for silicon, CMOS, monolithic, analog switches with drivers. Three product assurance classes and a choice of case outline and lead finish are provided for each type and are reflected in the complete part number.

The part number shall be in accordance with MIL-M-38510.

The device type shall be as follows:

Device type Circuit 01 Two-channel, SPST switch, TTL input compatible 02 One-channel, SPDT switch, TTL input compatible 03 Two-channel, DPST switches, TTL input compatible 04 Two-channel, SPDT switch, TTL input compatible 05 Two-channel, SPST switch, CMOS input compatible 06 One-channel, SPDT switch, CMOS input compatible 07 Two-channel, DPST switch, CMOS input compatible 08 Two-channel, SPDT switches, CMOS input compatible

NOTE: A Channel is defined as a driver with associated switches.

The device class shall be the product assurance level as defined in MIL-M-38510.

The case outline shall be designated as follows:

Outline letter MIL-M-38510, appendix C, case outline C D-1 (14-lead, ¼" × ¾", dual-in-line) D F-2 (14-lead, ¼" × ⅜", flat pack) I A-2 (10-lead, can)
