scope:
PURPOSE
The Purpose of this document is to establish procedures for the establishment of high grade General Schedule (GS) positions (i.e., GS-14 and GS-15) at the Marshall Space Flight Center and making recommendations to the Center Director regarding the establishment and extension of NASA Excepted (NEX) appointments at salary levels equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher, (including establishment or extension of SES-equivalent NASA Excepted appointments.).
APPLICABILITY
This procedure shall apply to all organizations at the Marshall Space Flight Center.
