scope:
This specification relates to a non-flammable fluid suitable for use in the removal of air dried paint films from polyester glass fibre laminate surfaces. It is also suitable for use in proximity to P.V.C. foam and mouldings, and thermosetting adhesives. It will normally be brushed on to the painted surface and subsequently removed, together with the residue of the paint film, by scraping, followed by washing with water.
