Applicability.
This regulation applies to soldiers of the United States Army Reserve, the Army National Guard, and the Army National Guard of the United States. It applies to all medical treatment facilities, finance and accounting offices, and Active Army headquarters, commands, installations, and agencies responsible for Reserve Component soldiers. During mobility, the proponent may modify chapters and policies contained in this regulation.
Purpose
This regulation prescribes policies and implements statutory authorities regarding incapacitation pay and allowance and reviews requirements on these entitlements for Reserve Component (RC) soldiers.
