scope:

PURPOSE. This Directive:

Reissues reference (a) to update policy and responsibilities for the management and operation of specific DoD test and evaluation (T&E) activities (enclosure 2) (hereafter collectively referred to as the MRTFB), and realigns responsibilities for the MRTFB in accordance with reference (b).

Continues to authorize publication of DoD 3200.11-D (reference (c)), consistent with DoD 5025.1-M (reference (d)).

APPLICABILITY. This Directive applies to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Military Departments, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Combatant Commands, the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, the Defense Agencies, the DoD Field Activities, and all other organizational entities within the Department of Defense (hereafter referred to collectively as "the DoD Components".
