PURPOSE The purpose of this Directive is to establish the responsibilities and procedures for obtaining Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Information Technology (IT) services provided by the Information Services Department (ISD) of the Center Operations (CO) Directorate. These services include Desktop Computer Services, Server Systems, LAN Services, WWW Services, IT Support Services, Applications Software Services, Mission Data Reduction, and IT Procurement Services. APPLICABILITY This Directive is applicable to all MSFC organizations, all MSFC support contractors, and other supporting organizations regardless of location.
