This document establishes requirements for a contractor's inspection system. It identifies the elements of a system to be established and maintained by the contractor for the purpose of ensuring that materiel and services conform to contract requirements. The system shall be satisfactory to the Authority designated in the contract or its authorized representative, herein referred to as the Quality Assurance Representative.
