scope:
To establish Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) procedures to take actions related to Space Act Agreements, both reimbursable and nonreimbursable.
APPLICABILITY. This procedure governs Space Act Agreements between MSFC and domestic governmental and nongovernmental entities. Agreements with foreign governments or entities shall be referred to Headquarters for execution per the guidelines contained in NASA Advisory Implementing Instructions (NAII) 1050-1, "Space Act Agreements Manual."
