PURPOSE. To implement NASA Policy Directive (NPD) 1371.5 and
NASA Procedures and Guidelines (NPG) 1371.2 by prescribing procedures and
guidelines for extending invitations to foreign nationals or representatives
to visit Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) or its component facilities, and
for receipt, coordination, and approval/disapproval
APPLICABILITY. This Directive applies to all organizational elements of MSFC and its component facilities.
