scope:
To implement within the naval service the updated uniform policies, procedures, and standards, consistent with references (a) and (b), for the review of discharges of former members of the Navy and Marine Corps established by the Secretary of Defense, and to make provision for public inspection, searching and downloading of Naval Discharge Review Board (NDRB) decisional documents through the Department of Defense (DoD) Board's Electrical Reading Room.
