scope:
Purpose.
To establish policy for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Headquarters (NAVFACHQ) Telework program per references (a) through (d). Field Components must establish Telework programs that are in compliance with references (a) through (d). For Field Components with bargaining units, appropriate labor relations obligations will be fulfilled. Enclosure (1) is NAVFACHQ Telework guidance to implement the policy.
