scope:
This specification covers the detail requirements for monolithic silicon, precision voltage references. Two product assurance classes and a choice of case outlines and lead finishes are provided and are reflected in the complete Part or Identifying Number (PIN).
The device types shall be as follows:
Device type Circuit 01, 04 Precision voltage reference, 6.9 V with temperature stabilizer. 02, 06 Precision voltage reference, 6.9 V without temperature stabilizer. 03 Precision voltage reference, 10 V with guaranteed long term stability. 05 Precision voltage reference, 6.9 V with guaranteed long term stability. 07 Precision voltage reference, 5 V with ultra low drift. 08 Precision voltage reference, 7 V with ultra low drift. 09 Precision voltage reference, 10 V with ultra low drift.
The device class shall be the product assurance level as defined in MIL-M-38510. Beneficial comments (recommendations, additions, deletions) and any pertinent data which may be of use in improving this document should be addressed to: Rome Air Development Center (RBE-2), Griffiss AFB, NY 13441-5700, by using the self-addressed Standardization Document Improvement Proposal (DD Form 1426) appearing at the end of this document or by letter.
The case outlines shall be designated as follows:
Outline letter Case outline (see MIL-M-38510, appendix C) G A-1 (8-lead, .370" × .185"), can package X See figure 1 (2-lead, .219" × .093"), can package Y See figure 2 (4-lead, .409" × .234"), can package
