The type I standard company level field feeding kitchen is an assemblage of equipment that provides the capability of heating and serving tray pack rations (T-rations) in basic, hot, and cold climatic conditions with or without shelter from the environment. The type II enhanced company level field feeding kitchen has the capability and equipment of the type I KCLFF plus additional equipment that provides the limited capability of serving A (semi-perishable and non-perishable) and B (semi-perishable) rations.
