The standard applies to newly manufactured current transform ers for use with electrical measuring instruments and electr ical protective devices at frequencies from 15 Hz to 100 Hz. Although the requirements are applicable primarily to trans formers with separate windings, they are also applicable, wh ere appropriate to autotransformers. This publication supers edes Part 1 of Publication 44.
