PURPOSE. To define policies and procedures for the prevention and abatement of pollution arising from releases of oil, hazardous materials, or hazardous waste into the environment.
APPLICABILITY. This directive applies to all personnel, both civil service and contractor, located at JSC and NASA-owned facilities at Ellington Field.
